3. Payment and Refunds
   1. Payments:

   All payments for courses and services must be made through the available payment methods on our site. You agree to provide valid payment information, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full price of the selected courses or services.

   2. MeraEinstein Refund Policy:

   At MeraEinstein, we strive to ensure that our students have a seamless and fulfilling learning experience. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Below are our refund guidelines:

   1. No-Questions-Asked Full Refund:

   If you are not satisfied with the course for any reason, you are entitled to a 100% refund, no questions asked, provided that the request is made within 7 days of purchase and you have attended fewer than 2 live sessions.

   2. Pro-Rata Refund:

   If you have attended 2 or more live sessions and wish to withdraw, a pro-rata refund will be calculated based on the number of sessions attended. This refund will be processed according to the percentage of the course not yet completed.

   3. Course Cancellation by MeraEinstein:

   In the event that MeraEinstein cancels a course for any reason, you will receive a full refund of the course fees.

   4. Technical Issues:

   If you encounter technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing the course and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team, you are eligible for a full refund, provided the request is made within 7 days of purchase.

   5. Refund Requests:

   All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days of approval.

4. Intellectual Property
   All content on the Mera Einstein website, including course materials, videos, graphics, logos, and other intellectual property, is owned or licensed by Mera Einstein. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content without our prior written consent.
   
   1. Limited License:

   When you purchase a course, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course materials for personal, non-commercial use. This license does not give you ownership of any course materials.

   2. Prohibited Use:

   You agree not to share, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit permission from Mera Einstein.

5. User Conduct
